Morning Soothing Smoothie

It is morning and so much to do before leaving home and no time to sit down and eat breakfast. It is usually good to have a highly nutritious breakfast when you are going to have a busy day and no time to sit down and eat breakfast.

This smoothie breakfast is highly nutritious and make you feel fuller for longer and give your body the physical and the mental energy that it needs to have a productive day.

Ingredients:

1 banana

1 tsp collagen powder (optional)

1 cup of jammed pack in baby spinach or 2 kale leaves

2-3 Medjool dates

1 cup oats

1-2 tbs peanut butter or almond butter

1 cup chopped mango or pinapple

2 tbs aloe vera juice (optional)

1 cup blueberries or straberries

1/4 avocado

1-2 cups coconut water or coconut milk or almond milk  

Instruction:              

Wash, clean and chop all the ingredients before measure. Add all the ingredients in a high powder blender, add a handful of ice if it’s summer. Blend for 2 minutes or until all the fruits, seeds, nuts and veggies are completely soft and smooth, place in a nice glass jar and enjoy drinking it with a smile on your way to work 🙂

Note: You can keep this smoothie with the lid on in the fridge for a few hours or so.
